DUI Dispositions: Chillicothe area, Circuit Judge Kim Kelley:
Dianna L. Piper, 50, of Chillicothe, arrested March 26, 2011; alcohol treatment, conditional discharge review, four days jail time, $3,459 fines/court costs.
Regular Police Report: 1/16 12:30 p.m. THREATS: were made to the Mediacom Office, 611 S. 4th Street by an irate customer in St. Jose, IL. Police attempted to contact the suspect, but the phone number had been disconnected.
1/17 12:50 a.m. ASSIST AMBULANCE: Police were called to the 900 block of 2nd St. about an elderly woman who had fallen. Police found the woman, Virginia Smith, lying on her side with a walker partway under her back. Rescue #33 was called to the scene and transported her to Proctor Hospital with a possible broken leg.
1/19 11:30 p.m. FIGHT IN PROGRESS: Police observed two males fighting in the downtown area – 900 block of 2nd. The men stopped when police intervened. Neither wanted to file charges.
1/20 4:10 a.m. CITY ORDANINCE VIOLATION: Shayla M. Hale, 20, of Chillicothe incident to a traffic stop @ Cloverdale and Ridgewood incident to a traffic stop for a Possession of Cannabis. Given a NTA and a verbal warning for a traffic violation.
1/20 8:10 p.m. TRAFFIC ARREST: Nicholas A. Reginal, 20, of Richland Ave.., Chillicothe for Reckless Driving. Police received a report of reckless driving in the South School parking lot. Upon their arrival, police observed a large black pick up truck with dual smoke stacks breaking several traffic laws in the area and stopped the vehicle. The driver admitted to “messing around” and was given several traffic citations and released on a NTA.
1/22 2:00 a.m. TRAFFIC and WARRANT ARRESTS: Britney N. Girton, 22, of Peoria @ 4th and Hillcrest for Driving While Under the Influence and several other traffic violations.
Maurice R. Bruck, 35, of Peoria, a passenger, was arrested for an outstanding Peoria County Warrant – FTA – traffic. Both were taken to Peoria County Jail.
