Robert K. Akers, 58, of Vonachen Dr. (Rome) Chillicothe. Arrested 4-2, 2011. Dri-Roads, 24 months court supervision, 150 hours public service, $2,910 fines/courts costs.
Regular Police Report: 2/5 6:30 p.m. VANDALISM: was reported in the 400 block of W. Truitt. Someone had thrown unknown substances onto the victim’s front porch and door.
2/9 6:30 p.m. WARRANT ARREST: Alonzo W. Nelson, 48, of Manito, IL @ Plaza and McGrath incident to a traffic stop, was found to have an outstanding Knox County warrant for Simple Assault and Domestic Battery. Taken to Peoria County Jail.
2/9 12:45 p.m. CITY ORDINANCE ARREST: Eric I. Mann, 24, of Chillicothe was issued a City Ordinance citation for Allowing a Dog to Run-at-Large. This was the second complaint in three days of a dog being allowed to run free in the 500 block of Benedict St.
2/9/ 7:40 p.m. ARREST: Susana Alfaro, 20, of DePue, IL for Criminal Trespass @ 227 Elm St. Given a NTA.
2/10 p.m. TRAFFIC ARREST: Christopher C. Peplow, 27, of Lacon @ 4th and Truitt for No Valid Driver’s License. Given a NTA and a written warning for a non-moving traffic violation.
2/11 2:55 a.m. TRAFFIC ARREST: Curt L. Lane, 55, of Chillicothe @ 1st and Chestnut for Driving While License Revoked. Given a NTA.
2/11 2:55 a.m. TRAFFIC and WARRANT ARREST: Holly L. Thorne, 23, of Peoria @ 4th and McGrath for City Ordinance violations of Possession of Cannabis and of Drug Paraphernalia and for several State traffic violations. Given a NTA. Also charged with an outstanding Tazewell County Warrant for FTA on a drug possession charge. Taken to Peoria County Jail.
2/11 5:15 a.m. WARRANT ARREST: Erica P. Bennett, 26, of Pekin @ 4th and Hillcrest incident to a traffic stop, for outstanding Peoria County Warrants –a felony warrant and a misdemeanor criminal warrant. She was a passenger in the vehicle. The driver was given a written warning for traffic violations while the arrestee was taken to Peoria County Jail.
2/11 10:25 a.m. TRAFFIC ARREST: Nicholas J. Jagg, 25, of Granville, IL. @ 4th and Walnut for Driving While License Suspended. Given a NTA.
2/11 5:15 p.m. ARREST: Alex A. Lane, 22, of Chillicothe @ 600 block of N. 4th, arrested at 120 N. 4th for Criminal Trespass due to prior complaints. Taken to Peoria County Jail.
2/12 12:30 a.m. TRAFFIC ARREST: Caleb R. Sims, 32, of Toluca, IL. @ 4th and Wilmot for Driving While Under the Influence and another traffic code violation. Taken to Peoria County Jail.
2/12 10:00 p.m. TRAFFIC ARREST: Steven G. Akers, 46, of Smithton, IL @ 4th and Cloverdale for Driving While License Suspended. Given a NTA.
