Superintendent Polyak stated last night that the district realignment debate has been shelved. with the possibility of reviewing it again in a couple years.
Regarding the controversial drug testing policy; a draft of said policy will be posted on the school district's website by the end of the week. February 28th, following the next SB meeting, there will be an open public forum for more discussion and on March 13th, a vote will be made. So please show up at 7:30p in two weeks and make sure your voice is heard regarding the pros or cons you have for this policy.
