IVC girls’ track hosts NCIC conference meet

The IVC girls’ track team hosted Spring Valley Hall, Mendota, Princeton, Rock Falls, and St. Bede in the NCIC conference meet on Friday. Six of IVC’s varsity girls were unable to be in attendance as a result of last weekend’s band trip, which placed a large portion of the workload on the shoulders of the junior varsity team. The younger girls did a great job, earned several top-three finishes, and ultimately won the JV portion of the meet.
